Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I work in Reception and Administration Support at BWB’s North Lakes office.

 

I’m often one of the first points of contact for our clients, and I love being able to offer a friendly, welcoming presence. Whether it’s helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our solicitors, or simply being a listening ear, I enjoy doing whatever I can to help people feel supported during what can be a difficult time.

 

Before joining BWB, I worked across a variety of people-focused roles, including optical reception, allied health, physiotherapy, and hospitality. Most recently, I spent four years helping run my dad’s hospitality business, which gave me hands-on experience in administration, organisation, and customer care. While I’m new to the legal industry, I’ve worked across South East Queensland for most of my career and also spent two years working in Toowoomba.

 

Why I joined Best Wilson Buckley

Family law administration wasn’t something I had previously considered, but since stepping into this role, I’ve found it incredibly rewarding. I enjoy being able to support clients with kindness and understanding, and I take pride in helping make their experience a little easier; even if that just means listening or helping them smile on a tough day. I was drawn to BWB because of the team culture and the genuine care shown to clients, and I’m grateful to be part of a firm that values compassion, teamwork, and professionalism.
