Hi, I’m Cass.

I’m a receptionist in the Toowoomba office of Best Wilson Buckley.

I’m also, interestingly, Best Wilson Buckley’s longest serving employee having commenced working with our founders, Kara Best and Reagan Wilson, in 2009.

My previous experience within several state and federal government departments, in addition to my many years of experience as a member of the BWB team, has gifted me with a unique set of skills that allow me to deliver the highest standard of client care at all times. I consider my role to be incredibly important, in that my interactions with clients will often form your first impression of our team. I aim to comfort and reassure the clients I interact with, whether it be in person or over the phone, and am intrinsically aligned with BWB’s values. I thoroughly enjoy working as a member of a larger team who are all working together to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
