Hello, I’m Cassandra.

I’m one of the friendly and helpful receptionists you’ll talk to when you call or walk through the doors of BWB.

 

I’m based in our Toowoomba office but am lucky to have the opportunity to assist clients across all four BWB offices. I’m also proud to be BWB’s longest-serving employee, having started alongside our founders in 2009!

 

I love being part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering great outcomes for our clients.  My role is to make sure you feel welcomed, reassured, and supported from the moment you first make contact with BWB and throughout your time with us.

 

My longstanding family law reception experience, together with my policy and project background across various state and federal government departments, helps me navigate complex client needs quickly and efficiently.  I am here to make your experience seamless, answer your initial questions, and connect you with the right experts on our team.
