I’m the Business Manager of Best Wilson Buckley. Thank you for taking the time to learn about our team.

I originally joined Best Wilson Buckley in 2016 as an Administration Officer and have since then had the pleasure of growing with the firm through various roles before my appointment as Business Manager in 2023. I’ve been really fortunate to work in a number of different roles within the firm across our Ipswich, North Lakes, and Brisbane offices since starting out in 2016. These experiences have gifted me with an in-depth knowledge of the firm, its values, and its people.

I am tasked with overseeing the strategic and operational management of our firm. My work across the human resources, marketing, projects, IT, and finance arms of our business, in close collaboration with our exceptional operations team, ensures our legal teams can focus their energies on what matters most: the wellbeing of you and your family. Although I’m predominantly based in the North Lakes office now, I’m lucky enough to continue to visit our other offices quite regularly. Working with our entire team in such a close capacity allows me to ensure we’re continuously improving our systems and processes as needed in order to provide the best possible service to you.

Why do you enjoy working at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law?

Before joining BWB in 2016, I worked in the world of "big law" in a national corporate law firm with over 300 staff in its Brisbane office alone. Working in a smaller, specialised, and close-knit team allows me to see firsthand the positive difference our legal teams are making in people’s day-to-day lives.

Whilst we are geographically separated across Toowoomba, Ipswich, North Lakes, Brisbane, and Dalby, it truly feels like we are operating as one united team each day. We’re a big firm with that beautiful small-firm feel, yet with big plans to change the way our clients experience family separation.
